Senator David Johnson visited LISA Academy on November 28, 2011. He was very impressed with the school and the new building. Our students accompanied him with the tour and presented him scientific demos. ( First Photo) Also Ms. Vickie Saviers, a State Board of Education Member and Ron Copeland from UALR came to visit the newly finished LISA Academy High School Building.

On March 2nd 2012 Xavier made a decision that would change his life forever, asking his girlfriend Stephanie Jennings to be his wife. Yes, the same couple whom became Lisa Academy’s HomeComing King and Queen in the 2009-2010 school year. Also captains of their respective basketball teams.
